There is a number of different reasons that you might develop man boobs. This can be a condition that is something that happens in adolescence. At an age when you body is going through a lot of changes you get a mix of hormones running through your body. Having an excess of estrogen can cause you to have man boobs.

I remember this stage in my life and wasn’t very proud of this. This is also a time when people you are around are the most self-concious about themselves. So that on top of a face full of zits can really get you down.

If you are at that age in your life and have developed this condition don’t worry dude. This will come to pass. That friend that grew up too fast will probably age faster later in life. You might think that this is the most important time in your life and everything is so important. It’s not as big a deal as you think. I am currently 29 years old. I don’t even remember what ever happened to those jackasses back then. You will be in the same boat one day too.
